"My husband and I have lived in Houston for 25 years.  Late last year, we decided that we would like to have a small country house with a parcel of land that we could eventually retire to and enjoy our newly found empty nest syndrome - the four "kids" are officially off on their own!  We own, show and work Jack Russell Terriers and wanted to find the ideal place to hold playdays and field trials for our fellow JRT club members and to escape from Houston on the weekends. We came upon a 20 acre piece of property in Chappell Hill.  It had a small house, a guest house with a barn attached and a nice large stocked tank. We fell in love; it was so private and cozy.  However, the more we examined the property, we realized that although the structures were sound, it had been relatively neglected for a couple of years - it needed major work to suit our needs, but the property was too gorgeous to let that deter us.  
 
Mud daubers had set up house and had taken over; trust me, this is a gross understatement.  I believe there are some pictures on Mr. Cease's website.  We purchased the property and I did a google for pressure washers in Brenham, not knowing a thing about pressure washing.  Mr. Cease's company popped up.  I called him and explained the situation and we set a time to visit and look over the problem.  I think Mr. Cease was even a little taken aback at the extent of the mud dauber population!  I found Mr. Cease to be extremely personable and just got a "good vibe."  I was not disappointed; he is an extraordinary and energetic entrepreneur with a "can-do" positive attitude. The next step was to call out our long time "bug man" and have the place exterminated.  He showed up looking like something out of Ghost Busters; I wish I'd had the camera. 
 
The following week, Brenham Pressure Washing went to work.  Mr. Cease and his partner, Peter, went to work with a vengeance.  I believe it took two solid days of hard work in the Texas heat.  They worked relentlessly.  The results were nothing short of amazing after their work was completed.  It is not often, nowadays, to find a small company run by such honest and hardworking people who really WANT to do a good job for you and treat you fairly.  Brenham Pressure Washing is just that...honest, trustworthy, reliable and reasonably priced.  Mr. Cease is one of the kindest people I have met in a long time; it was an absolute pleasure doing business with him.  We are still in the renovation stage; however, when all is done, Brenham Pressure Washing will be asked to return and ready the property for a nice paint job.  I can honestly say that was one of the easiest and best business transactions I've done in years.  I highly recommend the company, and I applaud their work ethics and honesty; it is truly a rarity nowadays."
